Expanding their sound while keeping true to their vision, Bauhaus hit it big with the single Kick in the Eye. Fueled by angst and despair, Bauhaus continued to light the way for the burgeoning goth scene. The whole first half of the album was full of crowd pleasers: Hair of the Dog, Passion of Lovers, Of Lillies and Remains, Dancing and Hollow Hills.
